Event Description
Confidence, Influence and Impact in the Modern Independent School.
All EAs/PAs are warmly invited to attend the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁÏÍø Executive PA Conference 2026
This year's conference brings together Executive Assistants and Personal Assistants from across the school sector for a day of professional learning, practical advice and shared best practice. Through a series of interactive sessions, delegates will have the opportunity to explore common challenges, exchange ideas with colleagues and gain strategies to support their work with Headteachers and senior leadership teams.
The programme includes:
- Brilliant EAs: What Works in Our Schools?, an interactive discussion bringing together top tips, successful approaches and shared experiences from schools across the sector.
- Worst case or normal day, session exploring the realities and demands of the modern PA/EA role.
- Practical AI for Executive Assistants, led by Kirstie Steel, Digital Skills Education. This engaging and hands-on session will explore how tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot can help EAs communicate effectively, process information efficiently and provide constructive feedback, while maintaining the professional judgement, expertise and relationships that are central to the role. The session will also cover the responsible use of AI, including the risks of entering confidential or sensitive information into AI systems, and will provide practical examples that can be applied immediately in the workplace.
- Critical Incident Logistics Planning, with Michaela Fletcher, PA to the Rector, Hutchesons' Grammar School, offering practical insights into planning, communication and coordination during critical incidents.
Join us for a valuable day of learning, professional development, and networking with opportunities to gain new perspectives, share best practice and build connections with colleagues from across the independent school sector.
